Grinchmas Rules

This year we are going to do something wild. Something crazy.

Something hilarious. Like Secret Santa, but different. Very different.

Here’s how it goes:

1. Buy a gift in the $50 range. It can be something you like, or something you think would be liked by others. The wider the appeal, the better.

2. We will each pull a number out of a hat. This will determine the order that we will “pick” a gift.

3. Once the first gift is opened, the next person has a choice: steal that gift, (or any other opened gifts as the game progresses) or go under the tree and pick an unopened gift.

4. No immediate steal-backs.

5. This will continue until all the gifts have been opened.

6. An opened gift can be stolen up to 3 times.

7. Once the dust has settled, trades and swaps are totally acceptable.
